Package & Reservations Policy:

• Guest must be 18 years of age or older to reserve or check-in to a room.
• Deposit of the first night’s stay in US Dollars is required for all reservations booked. This amount will be charged to your card immediately. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
• Rates are subject to change until successful completion of booking.
• Any room that is cancelled after 4:00pm the day before arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the first nights stay.
• Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Access to the Waterpark begins at 1:00pm on date of arrival. Check-out is at 11:00am. Access to Waterpark end with close of business on day of check-out.
• You may receive a confirmation of Reservation by email, fax or US Postal Service. Please review information carefully.
